Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking and does not oblige either of us to anything. It is a request for a quote. Any quote we send you is an offer to perform on the terms set out in that quote, and a booking exists only once it has been confirmed between us.

Quotes are bespoke and based on the requirements you describe. If the requirements change — the date, the venue, the line-up, the running order or the travel involved — the quote may need to change with them.

Booking terms

The terms that govern a performance booking — including payment, deposits, cancellation, postponement and what each side is responsible for on the day — are set out in the quote and booking confirmation issued for that specific event. Those documents take precedence over anything on this website.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, video and design on this website belong to Punjabi Folk Entertainment Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. Photography and video credited to a third party remain the property of that photographer or videographer.

Accuracy

We keep this website as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but descriptions of our services are general. What a specific booking includes is what your quote says it includes.

Where we link to other websites — including our social media profiles and credited photographers — we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law
